When you order an eyeExpert System, you will receive excellent care.

Our support personnel will install your system at your facility, and make sure that it's operating properly. They will then provide hands-on training for two of your people for a full day. When the training is complete, your staff will be ready to use the system on a daily basis.

Responsive telephone support including remote diagnostic capability is readily available during regular business hours. To provide the best support, a fast internet connection is recommended. You will also receive occasional software revisions at no charge for the first year, and in subsequent years if you have a service agreement.
